Returns & Exchanges

David Koma offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all full-priced items, provided they are in original condition with all security tags attached. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original designer packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original box and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided during the online registration process.

• 3.
  Schedule a Collection

  Arrange a complimentary courier pickup through our logistics partner or drop off your package at an authorized service point.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
